Requested a refund almost 2 weeks ago. Not a single response

Every time I try and download a video, it will finish sooner than expected with only part of the file being downloaded. This means I cannot even watch the full video. I've tried multiple browsers and everything else with no luck. I have ATT Fiber and have never had this issue with any other site. As a result, I have requested a refund a few days into my subscription and have gotten not a single response. It's now been well over 2 weeks and still nothing. At this point, I'm about to open a card dispute.

... before anyone asks, I was downloading one file at a time.

I had the same problem use Free Download Manager it will fix the problem.

So my point stays - you never answered to a ticket. Whatever is the reason, you should answer to a ticket, even saying screw you, just answer it so that we at least know what's going on. Yes, I have cancelled sub, but I wanted resub and opened a ticket asking what I asked, and it was your job to answer it. Your service sucks with attitude like that towards your customers that you don't give a crap about. But thanks for confirming it, I have full proof now and this will go all over the internet, to show your actual service and opinion about customers who pay you money. I wouldn't resub to this website if it gave me free for life time now.

Rakly3 you should be more professional. You may disagree with your customer, but doesn't mean you need to air things out like this. Take it private. This is just a bad and petty look for SLR.

Rakly3 After I mentioned requesting a refund, I got no response after that. All I wanted was some answers. Whether by your own incompetence or pure malice, not properly closing my ticket is why we're having this discussion. You being a jackass about it just hurt your reputation. Your service is clearly flawed and many of your customers aren't happy.

blaze466 I had an incident about vr cams a couple years ago. I couldn't stream anymore without lag; turns out dream cam upped the bitrate and that was the problem. But I do remember going back and forth in yahoo email, and one time I thought I was responding to the most recent email, but looking below I saw a response from the rep. that I never got in my inbox or spam. It was a one-off thing, but it does happen apparently.

Users with a Naver email address. it is possible our emails are getting blocked for you. Some users with this domain do receive them, but many don't. I don't know exactly why.

When I tried to contact email domains that have shown some problems like this, the only answer I get is that the user themselves has to contact them.
