Error message, when trying to use own BYOJ video

Hello!

I build my own BYOJ-video and now I have a problem, that I can't play it.

I am getting these error messages:

When playing the episodes in the BYOJ tool in the browser, I can click through all the episodes with all the choices without any problems. My video also got validated, so I am assuming there shouldn't be any problem.

Any idea how to fix that?

Having the same issue but for the second part it says for episode -0 has invalid source

Thank for the answer.

I can't paste the whole raw json in, because it's too many characters. My video has 64 episodes ^^

I put the raw json into a text document and uploaded it on mega, hope that's ok.

There is an empty second jump that is causing the problem. Try deleting it and checking in your headset.

Yes, that was the error. Completely missed that, sorry for the inconvenience. I should have catched that. I lost the overview over all these episodes a bit.

A simple error message, when trying to validate the video would be good for an error like this.

iddqd I found something, when I was working on another BYOJ video.

It seems like I have to put more than one jump to an episode so the answers show up. When I just have one jump in, no question and answer gets shown and it goes straight to the next episode. Is it possible to make the answer show, even if I have only one jump in?

I solved my issue by looking at the longer ep number first error, like in the first screenshot and using the raw json to remove the video that caused the error.

Danny88 I'm not sure if our web UI supports this feature already, but you can try adding property
"noAutoJump": true in raw json to the episode where you have just one jump.

iddqd Thank you. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to work. When I save it, validate and submit it and go back to check if it's still in the raw json, it isn't there anymore. Seems like it doesn't save.
