To answer your question. Due to the nature of Crypto, it currently is not yet possible to do recurring payments with Crypto. This is not something we can change on our end, not CoinGate's end. A blockchain with this functionality would have to be made (or added to an existing one)
To keep your promo while using crypto as payment, you will have to use the top-up feature on the website.
Click your username on the main site and select Top Up.
Once there are enough funds in your balance, you will find a new checkout option, My Balance. - Once subscribed this way, make sure to add enough funds to the balance prior to the renewal date.
I also advise users, when using crypto, to do this a week beforehand. This to give ample time to catch any issues with the payment and possible delays on the crypto network you might be using.
