Is there a restriction applied to the speed when downloading?

I've got a 60Mbps broadband but when downloading, the speed has at times on got to 6.5MB/s but generally is around the 3MB/s mark.

Frustrating when what should only take 5 mins to download, is taking an hour+.

Mjm100 Due to VRbangers leaving soon I downloaded a couple of titles yesterday for the first time and noticed the same thing, files that should have taken me a couple of mins took me 40mins+

We can't get speeds right unless we put our caching servers into every ISP network.
