SinSinCos fuccaneer Oh, surprised to hear that. Honestly that makes it better since they'll be able to do something with them if it comes to it. There's a lot of media in the world that's just completely impossible to acquire legally because the companies that hold the rights can't be bothered to do anything with them, which is what I was most worried about--I'd feel bad pirating them and not supporting script creators I interact with on EroScripts.

doublevr PornCzar we will try to do something, but you shouldn't expect it. Chances are no restrictions will be lifted. It's not as easy as pressing a button. We are figuring things out on the go.
pulsaralto doublevr Bought a lifetime premium bundle a few months ago, pretty bummed that so many scripts are going to be removed from streaming. With the 3 script dl per month limit it's impossible to get them all now with such short notice. And buying them kind of defeats the reason why I bought the bundle in the first place 🙁
Will65 Just another reason why we download videos, and resist ever increasing download limits. WHile I understand that studios leaving are not completely in your control, the fact remains that we pay for a year-long or lifetime subscription, which then loses value when studios leave.
Samsonite121 doublevr What's about all the script creators for VRBangers / VRconk scenes? They will loose all their revenues shares for the script subscribers. Can only hope for as much pay per script from users as possible. As far as I know VRbangers have no scripts available...
toreador Strangely, VRBangers have been replying to a bunch of months-old comments on their videos today. I'd love to think that was an indication that they're coming back to SLR, but I assume they're just trying to encourage people to sign up to their site?
doublevr toreador I guess they are building their own wall garden using content as the only leverage. Otherwise would be happy to host them on SLR.
mueslee It says "SLR Fair Use policy: 30 video downloads in 144 hours" Did you guys silently double up the download limit from 72 hours to 144? Pretty sure the topics were about 72 hours I read around here
PornCzar doublevr It was more recent than a few months ago. I believe it was the end of September or the beginning of October. mueslee Yes, they silently changed it. I said something in discord about it. Kind of shady and upsetting to see them go from 50 vids in 3 days to 30 in a week. It makes downloading all the vids and scripts that are leaving impossible.

fokton Hey guys.......isn't the simple solution to keep the scripts on SLR? The rights to the scripts are with the creator of the script and not with VRBangers or VRConk. That way we can simply download the videos (I have most of them already on the Harddrive) and keep using the scripts through DeoVR.
doublevr fokton script is derivative from video copyright. We can't have scripts without having videos
