Monthly Sub +Scripts

So I was upgrading to premium and selected the Monthly Subscription +Scripts option. I proceeded to pay with bitcoin. Then when the payment went through it said I only had the monthly sub with no scripts. Now it's asking me to purchase the +scripts portion separately but does not give me an option to pay with bitcoin. So why was +scripts nit included when I had selected it in the first place. And why can't I use bitcoin to purchase it after the fact? I have no need for a monthly subscription without the scripts.

Dankiroth We do our best to assure the service functioning right and if it doesn't to fix it asap.

It's also true we get a constant stream of reports due to complexity. Even if you get your issue on top of others you will be taking someone else's place in line.

All good. We are going to make things right. It's a good idea to mail support first and if things are not functioning there (what should not be happening) bring it to the forum.

doublevr on that note, I tried the support route with no resolution to a script I purchased that doesn’t work. I bought it, then signed up for lifetime premium, then the script name got changed, now it doesn’t play? Any help with that?

Sperson Of course, we are here for you. Most likely our support team is already investigating the issue and will get back to you as soon as possible. I will follow up with them now regarding your problem. Thanks for your patience.

kingwizard Tony from support was great unfortunately that ease is closed because he can’t do anything without dev help and they were unresponsive.

This is a known issue that requires Dev to write a DB script to change the fun script file name associated with my account since it was purchased prior to SLR changing the name associated with premium scripts.

Look at the case associated with my account, al the details are there.

Sperson We're running way behind here at support. We are in the process of hiring as we speak.

I just checked again, still no change since last time we spoke. (I'm Tony)

@doublevr The streaming version for his account is an old script ID. He purchased it prior to the new script ID. The downloads are the correct script. - This is not something I (nor @RealcumberScripts ) can fix.

A dev task was made (by me), but I think it's buried by priority.
