i preview scenes with deovr for a few mins to mark out the ones ill download next then switch to heresphere and use that for the real watching. might watch for anywhere from 15 mins to 3 hours all up but never more than 20 mins on a single video

Can't speak for anyone else of course, but here are my viewing habits.

I am a hardcore edger and sometimes go for hours unless I am using the handy or kiron or whatever--don't last long with those.

On the PMVs, I generally watch the entire videos multiple times. On compilations, if I like the position or theme, I watch it all; otherwise, I don't watch.

On the VR Edging videos, I skip the intro/tease stuff and then watch the whole thing.

Other videos, I fast forward to the positions I like and mostly skip what I don't like.

Might I suggest that you consider that average is probably not very useful? For example, if I start watching, get interrupted after a minute, and then return 15 minutes later, watch for two minutes, and then the app freezes up. I restart WMR, Steam, and SLR, and watch for an hour.

In that case, my average is 21 minutes, but my real usage is an hour.

Typical seession I surf the cams at Xhamster for half hour or so.
Then spend 10-15 minutes on deo checking what new and worth adding to the download list. Lose patience with deo and switch to heresphere for the last 30 minutes

Longer edging sessions i doubt il even open deo, xhamster live for half hour or so, then heresphere for anything up to a couple more hours.

I prefer videos at least 45 minutes. A good 10+ minute storyline setup can make a good scene into a great immersive scene.

A good story, high-quality setting and believable acting are the points with which you can stand out from the competition and make a scene a memorable highlight.

Especially in VR with the limited number of possible sex positions and an often limited talent pool, these things can make the difference.

Therefore, the problem is not the length of the videos, but the lack of creativity of the producer and the spiritless and poor acting of many girls.

Bring out the personality of the actress (to make each scene more unique) and make sure that she doesn't perceive your scene as a random job for a few dollars, where it's enough to combine a few moth-balled phrases with artificial moaning.

Rarely do I watch full scenes.
Sit and watch a full vr scene from beginning to end?never have.
But if the scene keeps my attention I will skip threw a full scene, but usually
I could edge off for hour or more
I could squeeze out a quickie in 5 minutes
Or I can just watch random scenes just to watch sum hotties and check out camera work with out the fap session.

It just varies. 🤷‍♂️

My advice just do you, do what you want to create.

I've never once watched an entire video. But I never did that with normal 2D porn either. I don't care at all about storylines or dialouge, just skip to the best angles. Videos don't need to be long at all honestly, only good thing about the long ones is a lot more angles to enjoy. But I'd rather them cram that into a 25 min video. Would take up much less space too for those downloading

My average session is probably around an hour, but I browse.
I have no desire to watch story lines or certain positions like closeup missionary (to me it reminds me of someone’s hot breath in your face and too close to see what’s going on.

I also ignore anything without a script, and even those I skip around to find the faster parts.

What I do like is scripted compilations based on positions I like. (👍 busty comps, Asian comps, cowgirl comps, etc)

But that’s just me and to each their own.

Vrsumo2017 100% exactly how I feel. I want to see more of the model's full body walking around the room like she's really there and being able to admire the whole body. A big problem for me is that these scenes tend to go right to the close up shows way too fast and it just kind bothers me. And sometimes they get TOO close and it just loses all immersion.

In my case, I am in each scene for a couple of minutes, for the following reasons:

1) I look for the position I want at that moment (in that sense, all the scenes should be long enough to have the variety of positions that we all like)

2) I like to see a variety of girls in each session.

3) I skip the introductions and parts that are too slow and go straight to the most intense ones.

4) Find the girl I'm going to end up with.

I always start with a strip tease video, about 10 to 15 minutes (for example Stacyqvr). during this video I avoid touching myself... it's really to prepare myself.
then I watch a video from a big studio like SLR or VRBANGERS, and I try to last as long as possible.... I like videos of + 1 hour... and I manage to last between 30 and 50 minutes . I practice edging and each session I try to go even further...
my sessions occur about once a month, it's a real pleasure
