They only have a few and only on the weekend evenings; a schedule is posted in the Pico Discord. Of course there is no nudity or explicitness, and the rare kisses are just friendly pecks. But the visual quality is generally far superior to the VR livestreams we are familiar with.]

The second one is an 8K interactive VR series released in chapters on the domestic Chinese Pico Video market. The latest series is "My 48 Heartbeats", which is getting very strong viewer reviews on the Pico forum in China. Those series are not viewable in Pico outside of China, not even with the Chinese Pico Video app, but my limited perspective might not be accurate.

    Color passthrough with no added value
    In all other functions, Pico 4 meets all expectations of a modern standalone VR experience. The internal motion sensors work quickly and without outside help, as they rely on four fisheye cameras with inside-out tracking. Thus, creating a play area in the apartment is a snap.

    If you want to see your surroundings between game sessions (or during a short break), just double-tap the side of the device to activate a color pass-through view. Unfortunately, it is by no means suitable for augmented or mixed reality apps. In addition, it distorts the field of vision too much when moving, especially since it does not generate a three-dimensional image. The view is always flat , so you don't even realize how far your hand is from the lenses. Reading texts from a bright screen is also not possible due to the light sensitivity. That was to be expected given the selling price. Certainly not a huge issue but a wasted opportunity because there is no significant improvement compared to other headsetsis recognizable. despite the 16-megapixel RGB camera.

      pico 4 completely destroyed meta and the fans still are waiting for quest 3 and a color passthrough for probably 600$ something like that...

            Picture looks OK but when you move your hands in front of cam you can see a bit of Grey, for 1500 that's not good 👎...should be top notch at that price. 😒

                todays passthrough is clearly a gimmick but this gimmick gonna turn soon in future into very big business.
                and it will be very interesting for porn consumers too...

                i even believe that such ar vr glasses gonna even replace smartphones in near future....

                we clearly heading to that and combined with AI this ar vr glasses gonna turn into something very much bigger and very useful in everyones life.

                    I thought about that one day eating out in public, I was looking around and everyone just hunched over looking down on there phones, and I just thought, man this the hunched back generation, new generation will be sitting up straight with AR glasses.

                    You know with hand tracking being kinda janky they should do them smart glasses but used with a small remote like the gearvr.

                        in 2090 there will contact lens or chips which interact with ai and your brain... xD creating visuals similar like you see in your dreams but where you have full control over it and a clean hd resolution but your brain can't really tell more if this the reallife or fake....😃
