Quest 3 might have better specs, but it's not going to be as good. The difference about specs on paper and actual experience might be huge.

    DeoVR works well on the Pico 4 via SideQuest. Now even Fisheye190 videos look good. The passthrough function looks great. The video "ASMR Closeup, Personal Attention from Xxlayna" looks incredibly good in Passthrough mode. Now I have an assistant in the home office. Maybe you should record everything in front of a green screen and only show the performers. I find the Pitch and Roll functions very practical in the DeoVR Player. However, the sound is not as good as in the Pico Player. Spatial audio can be selected for almost every video in the Pico Player. The spatial audio videos in the DeoVR Player do not work, although I have selected the function. In general, however, I find streaming better than downloads.

    Spatial audio does work. But the effect is not as strong as when I download a video and play it with the Pico Player. Somehow I don't understand the issue. I thought Spatial Audio was a function of Qualcomm's Snapdragen XR2 chip?

    on the whole since I also want to play games on it is the meta quest 2 but not a mispurchase to play with and without pc and for watching porn or ?

    The Quest 2 is also a good pair of VR glasses. You can play games on it, connect to the PC and watch porn.

          jaede If you're using the SLR app (or pretty much any VR player) it should automatically display the scene as SBS (side-by-side) video, which is what makes a VR scene "3d". If it didn't automatically do this you may need to go into the player settings and adjust it to 200 or 180 degree SBS.

          There aren't really very many recent 360 degree scenes. 99.9% of scenes these days will be 180-200 degree.

            I used sidequest to install the Pico version of DeoVR on my Pico 4. Doesn't work. As soon as I go to sexlikereal.com I just get three rotating dots and the page won't load.

            When oh when will we get a working deovr app for Pico 4? It's been 2 months since the headset was released.

              it works already...
              switch to "unknown apps" and there just open "deovr"...after go to slr and you can play any video and passthrough...

              or just click from browser the "deovr icon" and the app should open and play.

              you do something wrong because here everything works with deovr and slr...
              or maybe deovr got bad update on sidequest...possible too.

                    Cuz im thinking ima go on ahead and make the leap, I'm thinking qp way to much. The new q3 might be like 500$ or more and right now the pico 4 like 380$ can't beat that price right now.

                      The Quest 2 pass-through is black and white and 2D. The Pico 4 passthrough is in colour and 3D. The resolution of the Pico 4's passthrough is good, you can read displays. I use it in VR games to make settings on the computer. Now I don't have to take the glasses off. The 3D passthrough seems to be software generated. The proportions are not quite right. But it has been significantly improved with the last update. The resolution of the Pico 4's passthrough is higher than that of the Quest Pro, but the 3D view is supposed to be better on the Quest Pro.
