Some users have not been able to connect their Kiiroo Keon toy to our HapticsConnect app.

It has come to our attention that Keon devices now ship with new firmware and are not recognized by the app. We are fixing the issue ASAP. Please check for updates to the HapticsConnect app regularly.
I do not have an ETA for the fix but it's being worked on as a priority!

Hi guys, we have new info on the issue that should fix it.

    @nfsga @TheMillnix
Can you please give us the name of your Keon that shows up in bluetooth settings? Does it say 'KEON' or 'Keon R2'?
You can find the name on your phone by searching for new bluetooth devices.

That would be helpful to know. Thanks.

nfsga Soon guys - I cant imagine it needing to take any longer for approval to push the update for you guys

funk555 KEON should already work with the current version of Haptics Connect. @Rakly3 Could you please help figure out why it's not working? Thanks 🙂

The Keon R2 has been added to the next update which will be available soon. (waiting for release)

Rakly3 I think @raser1 is referring to the older original 'Keon' firmware that does not have the new 'Keon R2' firmware, which should still work as usual
Fix for new firmware is hopefully now coming out next week guys

It seems haptics can now see the Keon R2 as I get what I think is an indication of pairing...in the device list in haptics it has a green dot by kiroo keon and on the manual screen in haptics the play button causes the keon to start moving. But, on the player screen in haptics I have the error message "Player is not found on the connected network." Below that shows the connection where I am logged in with a disconnect button. If I disconnect I lose the player screen, but the keon still shows as green on the devices screen. So, then if I go back to SLR and CONNECT SLR TO HC APP I get the player screen back in haptics with the same player not found error message and the green dot is gone from the keon on the device screen but the keon is sitting there still solid blue thinking it is still paired. So back to the player screen, push the X button up top and now the keon starts searching again.

Might be too detailed, but I really would like to get this fixed. I have never got my Keon R2 to work yet, and had it for awhile. Seems I can get haptics to pair up with the keon, and I can get haptics to authenticate to SLR, but within haptics there is no connection. Can you help please?

Additional info, perhaps too detailed, apologies if it is. When it haptics has the green dot on Kiiroo Keon the words Kiiroo Keon are lit up, the gear symbol to the right of the name is lit up also, but in a smaller font below the words Kiiroo Keon there is the word Connected....this one is not lit up.

JDibe So to be clear - you are on the same wifi network on all your devices, but you get the 'Player is not found on the connected network' prompt?

Just checking you followed this in option 2 right?

"Now open your mobile phone device's website browser (use the SAME device you have Haptics Connect app installed on) and visit www.sexlikereal.com (Google CHROME browser is recommended!)
(If you installed Haptics Connect directly onto Quest 2, then perform these steps in Oculus web browser instead)
Then Log in with your SLR Premium account info
Click your SLR profile button (top right hand corner) - There you will find the deeplink button that you will need to click on to 'Connect SLR to Haptics Connect App' in your Profile section
You will then be auto transferred to the Haptics Connect App where you should now see the Player tab showing you logged in!"

In terms of wifi network, my PC and my phone are both on the same network. Yes, I did the same thing as listed in option 2. In my haptics right now, I have the Player tab available which indicates I am authenticated with SLR because I accessed SLR on my phone to get to the deep link button, my phone is where haptics is installed as well. As for the Keon, It does not permanently pair with haptics...when I close haptics the pairing with the Keon disappears and I have to rescan it; when I do it immediately acquires the Keon and I get the green dot.

Out of curiosity (because I have PC based Vive Pro 2 headset) I disconnected the authentication just to see if I could do the same thing from my PC, but the deep link button doesn't appear on the PC.

Oh, for clarity, I never tried to install haptics on pc, don't even know if that's possible.
