BlushErotica I have solved this issue. After trying many different players on these distorted videos with no results, I decided to look at the video in 2d. The issue is the black bars you have at the top and bottom of the video, aka letterboxing. When viewed in 2d, they don't have any effect. When viewed in VR however, they wrap around and form a circle at the top and bottom of the video. Normally this would be done to the top and bottom edge of the video to make everything look normal, however since you have letterboxing present, this is done to the black bars (since those are the edge) causing everything else to look distorted.
I have downloaded some of your videos where this has been a problem, edited them to remove the black bars, and played in the SLR app (my usual player and also where it looked distorted). When I played the same video with the black bars removed, there was no distortion and everything looked normal. So that's the issue. It has nothing to do with the player or any settings, it's the letterboxing. So the camera operator needs to be sure they have the correct aspect ratio, and the editor has to make sure there is no letterboxing. Simple as that.
I have downloaded both videos you mentioned above and removed the black bars, which made them look normal and fixed. Here is a short video explaining the issue so you can visualize what exactly I am talking about: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w2azDBPzUP4
Never ever ever ever ever ever have letterboxing in a VR video, because you get the issues that you currently have with every video coming out. Now if you want it fixed for what you've already published, you need to re-edit every one of those videos and re-release them with no letterboxing. Personally, I've already started downloading them and doing that myself so I can watch them normally. Hopefully I made sense, let me know if you have any other questions.
