Important question.
So I have a network set up at my flat for my PC and cellphone to connect to the net. I can plug an external hard drive into the router and access downloaded content via DLNA without any problems (DLNA is still supported by the old version of DEO that I use); however, I'd like to protect with a passcode my small collection of VR porn on the DLNA share (or find an alternative protocol) so that others with access to the network don't see the stuff (like a nosy GF, and her friends, who may not be into my porn choices or judge me for them...) Any advice on how to secure a media router? Does any VR viewer enable access to media through a Secure Storage folder as an alternative to DLNA, or how might I set that up for DEO?
Ideally this would be done by the router instead of my PC.
If I plug it in when no one is around could the file names be populated, like to a smart TV or cellphone? Could someone stumble on the files accidentally with user-level access to the nextwork?
