The customer has to fill out those points and the studios or models can adjust what they like to offer
1.) Detailed description (limited characters to 1500)
2.) Clip length (for example 12$/min / minimum 10 minutes)
3.) Set a time when he want to receive the clip (as earlier as more expensive) // 3 days up to 4 weeks)
4.) Set some hashtags to understand the category he's interested a little bit better
5.) He has to pay extra for using his real name in the clip or really special things
6.) Studio has to show which quality they can shot
7.) Studios and models need the option to disable the order, when they have no time or they don't want to shot this clip and the customer gets his money back
8.) Studios need the option to show by hashtags what kind of content they offer and it's also good if you can ''chat'' with the studios and models to tell them about your idea before you set the final order
The main thing is, SLR is like the middle man and take the request from the customer and take the money and send the details to the studio/model. They can start to produce the clip in the right time etc. After the clip is completed, the studio/model gets the money
If there would be the case as you describe, like the customer is not happy, then he can start a case which is investigated by a neutral member of the SLR team /// So SLR is checking all parameters and the result and make the decision if it's a mistake of the customer or the studio/model.
