Bluetooth turn off

I have a problem with haptic connect on my android. I cant scan to find my keon. It always says that my bluetooth is turn off. I turn it off on multiple time. Resintall the program. Reboot the android. Nothing help.

Is the haptic connect method is outdated. Is there any better way to connect my keon to my quest2? I try the haptic connect into the quest 2 but i find it less responsive.

vomibave yes @raser1 is correct - I had that same issue happen, its 100% a permissions issue.

Also, Best if you can install and use haptics connect app on separate phone instead of directly on quest for the best performance

Make sure the permissions are set like this and you should be good to go again:

Hi @vomibave , it sounds like this could be a permission issue.

For Bluetooth LE to work you have to allow the location permission. Please go to Settings > App > Haptics Connect > Permissions and see if Location is enabled.

I am thinking of buying a keon but I use a Pimax 8kx with a desktop computer. Will it still work with the bluetooth directly from the computer?

rerun119 I have pimax, keon and desktop as well, and works great with the haptics connect on my android
