Unfortunately, the short answer would be that the SLR app and DeoVR have NOT been supported on Android for quite some time. There are a number of reasons for this, but the primary reason is that many phone-based VR headsets have been deprecated by their own creators (Google with the Daydream/Cardboard, Oculus/Meta/FB with GearVR, etc.), which means that we are likewise unable to support these devices (or more specifically, Android).
There is no currently supported version of either the SLR app or DeoVR for Android, so any version you may be using or that you may come across would be unsupported and would likely lack full functionality, for example with properly displaying 190 degree fisheye or (as seems to be the case here) with interactive script functionality.
The only real suggestion I can offer would be to consider upgrading to a more recent, dedicated VR headset if and when you're in a position to, for example the Quest 2 or any PC-based headset. Many users (including myself) find the jump in visual quality & immersion when moving from a phone-based device to a dedicated VR device to be huge.
