My Launch broke straight after warranty expired, literally like a week, got around a month longer with my kiroo, then it did the same thing, Was only using them around an 1 hour every other day or so.
TheHandy on the other hand has been going strong 10 months getting an average of 2 hours use per day.
Also their customer service seem way more on the ball regarding issues and complaints, i had a faulty sleeve, new 1 shipped no questions asked, and when i had proplems with the actual unit itself they were very helpful, talked me through a quick simple fix, and said if hadnt worked they would issue a replacement straight away.
Main problem with The Handy is it not very user friendly straight out the box, if you try and hold it to use it has got to be 1 of the worst toys ive ever used. Build a decent (and cheap) mount for it and get the right sleeve that works for you and it becomes better than any other stroker ive tried, and i have tried a fair few ove the last 20 or so years.
