Videos not playing after about 30 minutes

On a quest 2 using deovr streaming slr it works great at first but after about 30 minutes new videos will not load it just hangs. Old videos I just watched minutes before work still but not unseen videos and sometimes new ones work but rarely. I changed my refresh rate back to 60 instead of 120 and it wasn't that. Has anyone else had this happen? The qiest doesn't seem to be overheating its slightly warm I was thinking a cache or something may be filling up I skip through lits of videos in a session.

kmiller6116 It happens to me all the time. Videos always start out playing fine and as time goes by the videos get laggier until its unwatchable. The videos I have downloaded always work after that happens so I don't think its my computer and I am suppose to have unlimited internet. It feels like SLR is slowing it down but it might be something else. I'm not a computer expert.

kmiller6116 The exact same thing happened to me a few days ago.I left the SLR site,switched off the Quest2,waited for a couple of minutes,switched back on,started the DeoVR app,log into SLR site and thankfully,it worked again.This has been happening a few times since and switching the Quest2 off and on has been working for me so far.Hope it helps.
Note: This is the problem with videos not loading and not picture freezing or lagging while playing.

I have a similar, perhaps the same, issue. A video will start fine and then will randomly freeze for a while and then start again but freeze again. This will repeat unless I go back to the beginning of the video.

Yea I should have added that the issue doesn't happen with downloads and my internet is 500Mbps so it's likely not my internet connection especially since it works great the first 30 minutes.

mgbgt35 For now this seems like the best solution I tried exiting the app and going back in but it didn't work. Reboot might be the solution.

Guys, you can send us bug reports. We will investigate.
Please click on the "Send logs" button in DeoVR global settings in the "Bug report" tab right after you will ran into this issue and then provide the ticket ID to our Support.

EugeneVR Inside the company do you know what we are talking about? We can't be the only people this happens to. Do you have a idea of what is causing it but don't want to say on the forum? Am I suppose to do this "send logs" thing everyday and then you will e-mail how to fix it?
