'30 downloads in 72 hours' delays the start of the counter to the next day if you miss downloading something on the first day
If I'm wrong about this, let me know, but I seem to have witnessed this to be the case twice already.
For example, if your counter starts at 8PM on 1st of the month, you have until 8PM on the 4th to download up to 30 videos. (2nd [24hours], 3rd [48hours], 4th [72hours])
But If you don't download anything on that new first day.. from 8PM on the 4th to beyond 8PM on the 5th... but say, download all 30 videos around noon on the 6th (or enough downloads to have 3 or less remaining to see your time until the limit resets).. instead of seeing like 32 hours left until the counter resets (since in this case 40 hours have passed from 8PM on the 4th to noon on the 6th), I see, for this example, 56 hours remaining until the rest
So we essentially lost a day and 10 downloads for every day missed, if you don't download at least one video on that first day of the counter reset.
Again, correct me if I'm wrong about this.. I seem to have witnessed this twice.. but if I'm correct, then please fix this. If the stated agreement is 30 in every 72 hour period, and claims to restart the timer at a specific point in time, then I should be able to download 30 in hours 70 and 71 and still have the counter reset on the 72nd hour and not show that I have to wait 49 hours, because I lost 2 days by waiting for the end of what should have been a specific 72 hour period.
