Haptics - Kiiroo problem on Quest 2

Hey Guys,

i've the following Problem and a Request
I have a Quest 2 and a Kiiroo Keon, everything works fine with Haptics, except for one thing. Haptics disconnects Keon always after 20mins and i have no Idea why. All i know is, that it makes no Fun to watch VR, if the Toys get automatically disconnected. I've to connect Keon via Haptics again, DeoVR also, and than i've to search the last Video again, 'cause (and that's my Request) there is no ''Continue last Video'' Option. (if there, haven't found it till today)

So what can i do, to get rid of this disconnect Problem and is a ''Continue last Video'' Option for DeoVR/SLR possible for the near Future?

I'm having the same connection issues but only after the latest update of the slr app.

I use the haptics on my phone, and Quest uses deo. Have no keon issues, but do have the onyx2+ with the red light issue.

Hello I also have the quest 2 in connection with kiroo keon, after a certain time the haptic connect app loses the connection, after reconnecting it works again for a few minutes, I noticed it when I switch back and forth between the vidios no matter if stream or local.

andman24 I run into that exact same issue with my Keon/Quest 2. Didn’t used to do that.

I'm not a hardware or software specialist, but I suspect that at some point Quest 2 or the app's main memory will be overloaded. often happens to me when I switch between videos, whether streamed or local, the videos freeze and the screen stays black, even though the quest2 has 6 GB of RAM, which is actually enough, you would have to allocate more RAM to the apps, after restarting the app everything works again for a few minutes.
