Hi,
I know a shuffle action is available for randomly playing some video through the whole SLR library, but is there something planned on having it through user-defined playlists?
Best way IMO to listen to music on Spotify, it would be great on SLR!

    justfred I had requested this awhile ago, would LOVE to see this addition!! Playlist shuffle already exists in the local playback section but not in the main app unfortunately (whether or it be user-made playlists, just interactive script videos, favorites etc)

          il y a maintenant une option "shuffle" dans les playlists, merci pour ça, mais je trouve qu'elle ne fonctionne pas très bien !

          Par exemple dans ma liste de "favoris", j'ai environ 200 vidéos. Si je lance la playlist avec l'option shuffle, il y a un bug : au bout d'un moment, elle reprend la même séquence de vidéos qu'au début !

          Par exemple elle va faire (en supposant que les vidéos soient numérotées de 1 à 200) : 22, 14, 45, 67, 1, 138... et puis DE NOUVEAU 22, 14, 45, 67... et ça me fait ça à chaque fois.

          Serait-il possible d'avoir une option qui shuffle qui fonctionne mieux ? Qui sélectionne au hasard TOUTES les vidéos de notre playlist ?

            TataYoyo Hey, the order is pre set for that 200 videos, so when you go trough them all it repeats.
            I understand we could refresh the random seed once you go trough them all. Was that your issue?

                No, the issue is : it repeats after only 6, 7 or perhaps 10 videos, not after 200 !

                    @Sandi_SLR Thanks so much for the shuffle feature! I had a sub-request regarding how it functions with within-playlist searches:

                    I like to shuffle my favorites playlist, however if i wanted to just view the SLROs within my favorites, the menu UI displays just my favorited SLRO vids appropriately, however if i go to play and also shuffle from this new allotment of vids, the in-video player playlist itself and shuffle function defaults back to the entire favorites section, rather than the subsection i created with the SLRO search...

                    hoping to be able to playback/shuffle just a specific sub-search within a playlist, if that is at all possible.

                      bamjus Hey, sadly we don't support this at the moment, to go around this you will have to create a playlist of only that SLR Originals videos 🙂

                          Eh bien non, en fait, le problème n'est PAS réglé ! J'ai ré-essayé ce matin, et je suis tombé sur la même série de videos après environ, je ne sais pas, 20 vidéos.

                          Ce n'est pas très grave, mais c'est embêtant car on aimerait avoir un VRAI shuffle.

                          Hey @TataYoyo, I am still trying to reproduce your problem exactly, without success. What is your account name in app? I will try to copy your favorites playlist to see if its something specific to that.

                          Edit: I think we found an issue, we are working on a fix, will update you when its solved.

                            2 essais cet après-midi :

                            • 1 avec 50 videos : pas de problème
                            • 1 avec environ 35 videos : pas de problème

                            Je ne sais pas si vous avez réglé le problème, ou s'il ne se pose pas tout le temps ?
