Getting Kicked Out Of SLR on DeoVR App

Hi, I’ve noticed the last 2 or 3 days that I keep having to sign back into my SLR account on DeoVR. Prior to this I seemed to be permanently logged in whenever I went into the DeoVR app. Has something changed in the app that it will no longer keep you logged in?

blaze466 Had exactly the same issue myself today, never had it happen before today, the time slider just became inactive, I reset the app and then it started working again

Yeah this happened to me today and I tried to log in like 3 times and it told me there was an error.i thought I got hacked

Yar It's just that when launching the app, we're logged out. Used to remain logged in between sessions. There's no message here.

It's still happening with me. For the last week or so I was intermittently forced to log in again to SLR on DeoVR, which never used to happen. The problem got worse yesterday when there was an "unknown problem" which rejected my login, but a few hours later the login worked okay.

Today I had no problem the first few times I visited the site, but now I find myself logged out and get the "unknown problem" again when I try to login. Hopefully it will correct again, but the login problem is still going on.

However, my headset is a now-unsupported Oculus Go, so I guess this problem doesn't matter unless some Quest2 are experiencing it.

Honkster Yes, we recommend updating headsets. Older platforms are hard to maintain and time consuming. We must move on.

Honkster I’m on Quest 2 and I’m being logged out a lot. I don’t have a problem logging back in though. It’s just inconvenient.
