I'm sorry if you felt the questions were insensitive or invasive since that was not our intent, but questions such as "Age", "Education Level", and "Income Bracket" followed by a series of product-related opinion questions are extremely typical for Market Research Surveys from any and every company. This is one of the many ways companies find out important information about their user base, what is working, and what is not.
I assumed from your post that you meant an email had come from us asking for credit card or banking info, personal address info, etc. - which once again I want to emphasize we will NEVER ask anyone for.
