Anyway to download straight to quest headset ?

Hi everyone , I just got a meta quest headset and it wont connect to my pc so I am wondering if there is a way to download straight to the headset ?
I had a quest 2 last year and had no probs with it , would download movies to pc the move ontot he quest but the meta quest is driving me nuts !

Also, try plugging in the USB-c the other way around in your PC. By which I mean rotate the plug 180°, not switching the ends between PC and headset. Some USB-c ports are 'converted' USB-a ports and won't make connection if the plug is turned the wrong way.

After you connect it to the PC there is a dialog on the headset to allow file access, which you have to allow before you can transfer files.
