How come I can't change my forum avatar?

I see other people who have the ability to change their avatars who I don't think they are staff so why can't I change mine?

When I try to set an avatar image it says something about out of space then it logs me out.

GoodIdeaBadIdea It definitely should work for you. Make sure you're trying to use a relatively small-sized downloaded jpg/png.

justsomedude101 It worked today not sure why. I used the same file I tried yesterday.

Messing around with the avatar function also made me realize I can change other peoples avatars.

Of course, I would never abuse such a thing...
