35Mbps is enough for most content if it is stable, there are rarely any videos with higher bitrates, and occasional spikes should be covered by buffering.
The question is rather if it is stable, WiFi tends to be unstable, especially if you have neighbors that use WiFi as well.
Stay away from 2,4 GHz unless you have a house miles away from everyone else and use 5GHz wich is in most cases faster, but more important way more stable.
Still I noticed, speeds are much slower within the app, then even on the browser running on the the same Quest2 in the same position.
My Download speed is 300Mbps, and get´s pretty much maxed out when I do a speedtest on a device connected via ethernet. On the Quest 2 depending how far I am away from the router I always get over 100Mbps, but usually in the range from 200-300Mbps, the same speedtest on the app rarely gets over 50Mbps.
So whatever it is, there seems to be a severe limit how much bandwidth the app can get, I am not sure if it is the app itself, or there is some QoS thing going on in the Quest2 OS limiting the available bandwidth to the app.
But the most important thing is, it is still enough to do flawless streaming.
