Bluetooth is turned off

Hello

I have problem with haptic connect. It wont connect to my bluetooth. When i launch the app... it used to connect directly to my keon via bluetooth. Since the last update... in the devices screen i got this message: bluetooth is turned off. turn on bluetooth in your phone settings to establich connection.

I tried to turn it off.. turn it on... i can connect manually to my keon via bluetooth but not in the app. I tried uninstall resintall, reboot etc... nothing work... I did also connect via browser to my premium account.

Plz help... this is frustrating.

vomibave I don't know whether you've already checked out this thread: https://forum.sexlikereal.com/d/2338-haptics-connect-issues-troubleshooting-please-comment-here-for-all-issues, but there are quite a few different fixes included in there. If going through you don't find something that helps, I'd suggest you copy/paste your comment into that thread since it is actively monitored for issues.

I would try to offer some suggestions but there are others on the team (and among our community) who are much more knowledgeable than I am with Interactive.
