Scripts not working

Since last weekends site issues, I've not been able to get scripts to work. I noticed that Haptics app had an update today and hoped that it would fix the issue, but it hasn't.

I've posted before that I get an orange dot in the SLR site on my Quest 2. Initially, everything seemed to work fine and nobody asked any questions. But now, I am curious if that is a problem.

I also posted this issue in the "Site down?" thread and haven't gotten a response.

I'm just wondering if anyone else is having this issue and if someone is looking into it.

Hello, thanks for your feedback!
The orange dot issue will be fixed in the next update.
The scripts are working fine at the moment. Are you using Haptic on Android/Oculus Quest or iOS?

Yar I'm using Haptics on Android, version 1.6.0 build 11.

To my knowledge, nothing changed aside from the two Haptics updates. They're may have also been a DeoVR update in there too, but I don't recall the day.

Wsnydes is your Android on same local network as Oculus Q2?
Have you tried reinstalling App HC and logging into it again? Is there information on the screen in the player tab?

Yes, both devices are on the same network.

I have not tried reinstalling the app, but information does display in the player tab just as it had while working. It connects to both my Keon and Max 2. Neither interact with videos however.

I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling the app when I have a chance and report back.

Tried reinstalling the Haptics app and nothing has changed.

I've tried to clear the cache and dump the storage and nothing seems to change. I do still get the orange dot once in DeoVR.

One question I have is that I am not seeing a "player tab". I have the settings, manual and device scanning tabs in the app. It's also not asked me to log in, but appears to be connected. I've gotten a message telling me to turn on Bluetooth for connection to a device, but Bluetooth was active (and working) at the time. That message has gone away after restarting the phone.

Hopefully this is helpful on your end.

Yes, I've got a premium subscription with scripts until next February.

I've just tested it and it works for me. I use android and am on the same version of the app.

Is the interactive mode enabled in the DeoVR app? There should be an script icon on the left side of the player when in a video, above the timeline. This should be blue when it is enabled.

Yes, it was active and had worked up until last weekend. My dot has been orange for some time though. Everything still worked that way too.

Wsnydes - So looks like you arent actually logged in if you cant see the player tab anymore - new update requiers you to use the deeplink button in your slr profile in order for the player tab to show

So follow these updated steps in the main guide - specifically do this in Haptics Connect app:

"Turn ON “Bluetooth” in your phone settings.
Now open your mobile phone device's website browser (same device you have Haptics Connect app installed on) and visit www.sexlikereal.com
Then Log in with your active SLR Premium + Scripts Bundle account info
Click your SLR profile button (top right hand corner) - There you will find the deeplink button that you will need to click on to 'Connect SLR to Haptics Connect App' in your Profile section
You will then be auto transferred to the Haptics Connect App where you should now see the Player tab showing you logged in!"

Yup, that was it. That must have happened during the last update? Obviously I didn't notice the change.

Help !!! please
I am not computer savvy so lets use that as a start point. proud of myself I side loaded SLR (took all day almost)
loaded hepatics.
opened SLR went to interactive scripts. got a green light when I selected hepatics. selected sex toy . shows sex toy connected to hepatics. so why am I not getting synced on video's prob missing a step somewhere ?

10 hours ago would have been around the time the most recent updates went live, my deo went a bit crazy around that time kept logging me out of slr un syncing and even playing a script when no video open.

I updated the app did a restart and all seemed ok after.

It might not be related to you issue but figured worth a shot.
