You're not even paying to us, let alone we are 'stealing' your coin.
No we don't know your wallet address. We have to contact CoinGate support just like any other customer.

Please just reply to the support email I sent you. We need your CoinGate invoice ID. If you didn't get a reply, please check your spam folder. It is also possible your email clinet is filtering our domain out (ie parental settings)
Giving me the last 6 digits of a transaction ID doesn't tell me which coin/chain, nor can I use a partial ID to look anything up. (Yes I know it's BTC)
