Ok, I have to get this off my chest. It's a problem that's becoming impossible to ignore; all studios are guilty of it, but some are worse than others. I'm referring to the tendency of porn directors (male directors in particular) to interrupt their actresses just as they're about to climax, presumably in order to prevent the video from being "too short." For me, the example below was the straw that broke the camel's back (although I could give countless examples from other studios as well):

You can see at around the 10:10-10:20 mark, the blonde actress is very close to climaxing. The director obviously notices this too, but, instead of just staying out of the way and letting it happen (which probably would have made this one of the hottest scenes that studio has put out), he makes the bizarre decision to interrupt, telling them not to finish because they've "still got a few minutes left." It's just... insane!
So this is my plea to male porn directors: Please suppress your ego and stop trying to micromanage the scene. If you sense that an actress is actually enjoying herself, just stay out of the way and let her do her thing. That's what most of us want, and I imagine it's what the actress wants as well.
And a plea to the studios: Please hire more female directors and give them complete creative freedom.
