Just spent $200 for membership and tech support seems to be dead

Tech support used to be great here at SLR, I posted about an issue in the forum under Support almost 2 weeks ago about an issue with thumbnails. I also emailed support, no response for either. Topic of my post here at the forum..."Thumbnails in SLR VR app showing only half of image after reinstalling SLR app"

stix Where did you mail to? I check every email. I haven't had much time to check the forum however.

EDIT: Just saw your other thread. Yes, I received that email. I currently don't have time to deal with issues that are not on our end. This has to do with how you have Windows or media sharing apps set up. Or you removed the _180_LR from the filenames OR the media sharing app you're using is not sending the actual filenames to the player.
I used to try and help with Windows issues, but I really can't right now.

If any one is interested in a support job, we're hiring.

Sounds like SLR needs to put the word out and hire some more support staff to help keep up the good support you guys used to have. Lots of peeps like myself may realize that the issue may lie on our end but need help resolving the issue even though the issue is not on SLR's end. Cheers and thank for the tips

stix We are doing our best to get more people as the operation keeps growing. Everyone now is short on staff.

Yet there should be no excuse for rogue customers. We are not going to address every small issue out there.

RoccoVR I have a non-censorship policy towards our users as long it's not illegal or personal attacks. But can you please cut it out posting the same thing everywhere. - We get it, you're upset. And we're sorry you're upset. The same rules apply to every user.
