  • Return to base, Pause and Edging mode released for SLR app and Haptics Connect

Update: we have released the features. Make sure to setup your bindings controls in global settings. We are going to fine tune it and add move visualisation with upcoming updates

We are looking to implement a number of interactive features into our products:

  1. RETURN TO BASE - a button/trigger to force toy to move down to base (point 0) on demand. You might enjoy it for the first use, after climax and between gaps in action during video playback.

  2. PAUSE SCRIPT - a button/trigger to pause or disable the script, but keep the video playing. Works best after climax/orgasm. Pausing the video to avoid the toy from continually moving.

  3. EDGING mode - a button/trigger to reduce all strokes by 50% (or less) during playback. Adjustable on the fly in realtime to help you last longer and feel the script at reduced intensity. Say no more to 'ruined orgasms'.

  4. Adding script heat maps into video player UI in VR. Click where you want the script to play. Synced with a video playback

We also have plans to enable peer-to-peer sex toy connection, maybe even multiuser so you guys can enjoy it really well.

Maybe related to 4. you could add a button to skip to the next scripted part, to easily skip over unscripted portions of videos (when there is no action) and directy go a couple seconds before the next scripted section.

I'm also kinda afraid to update the app after some people have gotten issues being unable to uninstall SLR on quest 2 after installing the last update.

Additionally we will explore an option for this to work in 2 ways, depending if you click a trigger or click & hold:

  • if you click it toggles ON, another click toggles OFF
  • if you click & hold its ON and on release it goes OFF

@doublevr, @RealcumberScripts This is all great news!! Has it ever been explored whether it’s possible to also sync Handy scripts to the scene when it’s slowed down to 50% or 25% in DEO player?

1:hand tracking
2: Voice control of the SLr app, for example, start, stop, or continue to influence playback with the language.

    Controllers are going to be much faster than calling player UI

      Is this supposed to be available on the SLR app already? I don't see a script tab in the controller section.

        @doublevr hey just updated and trying out the new haptics features, Not sure if it is just me thats having this issue but when i want to trigger one of the commands i have to most of the time press the button associated with it a few times. Pressing the button just once often doesnt trigger the command. Nothing worse than for example trying to pause when climax and pressing the button doesnt stop the toy when u need it to. Is this a known issue and will be fixed?

          soundjoe Doesn't work at all for me, tried mapping the "return to base" to various buttons and nothing seems to work, im on quest 2 with keon

              also noticed "return to base" does little to nothing. the other commands like pause script and edging mode work but most of the time i have to press the button i assigned a few times.
              Do the other commands also not work for you? if they work do you notice the same issue im noticing?

                  'Return to base' definitely works - use this for before insertion of your toy, and during sections where there are gaps in action and the toy has stopped at the top so you remain inserted in your toy until the next action (also good to use when you cum, pause the script and hit return to base and keep watching to avoid messes this way)

                  Also try binding these edging controls to hard physical buttons and using Long press commands when possible, as that might help the responsiveness
