DEO crashes when taking screenshot

SO a few times now DEO has crashed while taking a screenshot. It's usually right in the middle of the action, so to speak, so is very disruptive and kinda not worth it to reopen the app as it's too late by then.

Any suggestions how to fix this bug? I have the latest version of the app, and am using Quest2.

Ah thanks, I'll check out their forum.

sickpuppies Most of the videos are downloadable. Could you not just download the video you want? Am I missing something here?

It happens with downloaded files too. Turns out might have something to do with trying to take a screenshot of a vid that is too high in resolution.
