The new version of SLR Interactive is available!
Major internal changes for improved performance across all possible device setups.
Overal funscript streaming improved and is now more precise

Description:
We found out that slower devices suffer more from script lag due to worse framerate. Now all the calculations from SLRapp have been moved to SLR Interactive, which makes overall performance roughly the same for all setups.

Plans for next iteration:
- Smoother fast movements (when the funscript commands are too fast),
- “Hello” strokes on device connect,
- Some UI changes

PeterGriffin456 Tech limitations, easier to connect this way. Maybe this will change at some point in the future.

New version? On Android? I can't find an update.

But I cannot get connected today. Everything was working great three days ago. Now I cannot get the app to connect to the website. I've tried reconnecting many times.

Will the app update with Kiiroo also be for the Oculus Quest?

Since the last slr interactive update the lag between the video and the launch did get worse for me, there seems to be a 2-3 second delay, did anyone else experience this Problem? Is it possible to download an earlier build of the App?

Seems like the app should offer the ability to offset manually.

mebejoe It's version 0.4 on the play store. Did you try it?

SlimShady This should already be working with the Oculus Quest. The headset needs the separate SLR app, the SLR Interactive app is installed on an Android phone and connects with the Launch device.

Zewegert94 Which device are you using?

well i gave it a try,

after 30 minutes of trying and failing to get the the app to find my launch i gave up, my phone can find the launch no problem and can connect with no issues, but the app will never find any bluetooth device at all.

This is so frustrating--it was all working great until you updated the app last week. Now, I can't get the SLR app in my Oculus Rift to connect to the app on the Android phone. The Launch connects no problem.

Ugh--please roll this back or something until you get the bugs worked out.

Okay, never mind--I got it. The Oculus program is NOT fetching the update on my PC. I had to click on the "Get our app" link on your page and update it that way.

              Now all is working.

The issue with not being able to connect the Launch with certain phones should be fixed in the next update.

SteveSteve You need to install and connect with the feelme app. Then close everything down and start with the SLR app.

SamSuppVR There is around a 3 second delay still when using the Oculus quest and Launch with a note8 samsung.

                16 days later

                Hello
First of all thank you for making all this possible by developing these awesome apps. Currently I am trying to watch a custom video on the SLR app with connection to SLR interactive but I just can't get input to the fleshlight launch. I did totally everything listed in manuals, have flesh launch connected and the SLR Connection is green too. I am on the same wifi. Both files have same name and are placed in the same folder. Still no movement when playing videos. Do you by any chance have something like a sample files, just couple seconds of a video and 100% functional script? So that I could download it and see on which end the problem ends? I got the funscript from http://realtouchscripts.com/ so it all should be fine. Or can you maybe post link to one of the scripts that works 100% with you? By the way my phone is Galaxy S6. Thank you so much!

Also forgot to say that when I play the exact same files in ScriptPlayer all works great. So I am really kind of lost about where the issue could be.

PetrK79 Hi Petr, I had the same problem and issue.

I can tell you what I did to make it work.

First, I am using Oculus Quest. Have the app SLR installed there.

On my phone I have the interactive app installed.

I also downloaded a script from realtouch, and downloaded a video for the script from the respected studio site.

The script file and video file I named to be the same and put them in their own folder on my Quest.

From there, I turned wifi/bluetooth on my phone, then turned on my launch. Hit scan, and was able to connect it to the interactive app.

Logged in on my Quest to the SLR app, and then was able to pair SLR to the interactive app. (SLR Connection had a green check mark)

What was confusing to me was that I didn't know if the launch was connected, but I guess when the 'launch' is highlighted green, it means that it is connected. The blue light on my launch was also solid and not blinking when it was paired.

Long story short, what made it work was to name both the script file, and media file the same, and then put them in a brand new folder with nothing else inside there. I need to play around since it seems that there is a few second delay with the movement, unless it was just the script file I have.

                  Hope it works!

We have got our broken Launch finally replaced. More updates are coming soon. I believe we are close to finalise the development there. Also join our Discord channel for Launch https://discord.gg/TtcW5ES
