Me too, I'd like for this to be fixed asap as I just spent money on more scripts

cphowdy It appears the problem only emerges for older versions of Deo which were discontinued for technical reasons. Make sure to update your DeoVR or SLR app to the most recent version.

Would still like an answer for everyone with a Go. Will there be a solution? Or are you saying no fix is coming?

Qwertyqwerty1234 GearVR and OGo are the same system. There is no fix coming because nothing is broken.

Thank you! Could you help us out with a bit more info on what you mean when you say Go Users could still use the Cardboard version? Thanks in advance

      I think you misread that.
GearVR and Daydream users can still use the Cardboard version of the app since they are using an Android phone. We do not support using the Cardboard version on the OGo nor expect it to work.

this sucks.. it wont be corrected for e.g. Oculus GO.
and now the option for downloading scripts is limited to 3 scripts.

Thought the option could be to download vid and script instead which still works do play in my Oculus GO

i don´t want to buy a new VR set, because mine still works good enough

Oh - yes... I did misread. Thanks. So overall, is it just that anyone with a Go needs to upgrade their headset if they want to use SLR interactive?

I have daydream and latest version and plenty of purchased scripts. But no button suddenly. Hopefully someone is working on fixing the bug

          MajorGGN It's not a bug. It's discontinued.
Since you have Daydream I assume you can use Cardboard instead. That still works and is updated to v10.0

jontese Thanks for sharing. Bummer, but at least we got a straight answer and can stop digging for work-arounds. I assume they've done the math and there aren't enough Go users left to make it worthwhile for them. Cheers.

great work around would be to be able to download as many scripts you want.
But is now limited to three per month...

To be fair, my friend... you weren't EXACTLY saying "It's not going to work on O Go" this whole time.
4 days in to the thread, you said "We are aware of the issue and are fixing it"
a few days later you said "GearVR and Daydream users could still use the Cardboard version."
and a few days later: " GearVR and OGo are the same system. " which certainly makes it sound like we could work around it with Cardboard...
We finally got to a simple "it won't work" some time later.

Obviously, people who shelled out for a membership when the site was still advertising supporting O-Go with interactive scripts feel pretty ripped off now. Have y'all given any thought to offering additional download capability for ppl in that group? Maybe until the end of people's membership? Or just some number better than 3? It would definitely be a huge act of good faith and excellent customer service. Just my 2 cents.

              My apologies. Some clarification.

likesundaymorning 4 days in to the thread, you said "We are aware of the issue and are fixing it"

That was meant as reply to the PC version.

likesundaymorning and a few days later: " GearVR and OGo are the same system. " which certainly makes it sound like we could work around it with Cardboard...

GearVR is the headset, not the phone. Cardboard runs on the Android system (phone).

We sometimes forget what is obvious to us isn't always obvious to every one. I'll try to be clearer from now on!

Thanks man! I appreciate the help... and yeah, you definitely have to dumb it all WAAAAYYY down for me (and I don't think I'm alone!! LOL)
Have a good one, my friend.

so.. just had to buy an oculus quest 2 to get this to work, but have the same problem.
                awesome
