Noticed the same issue today. Can’t download either. Getting 25 kb/s

    Same here. I ran the speed test in the SLR app and got <1 Mbps. When checking my speed on the Firefox quest app it was much faster so don't think it's an issue on my end

      I've put off signing up because the preview videos are extremely slow to load.

        You're all probably either connecting to Miami or Tokyo.
        I'm seeing there's something wrong with Miami but no idea what. Our webmaster is looking into it.

        Tokyo seems to be a regional issue. Here the speedtest.net results also show bad speeds. Except for those in or very near Tokyo.

                    One of the LA servers is down at the moment. Peak hours might experience some issues.

                    I still experience somewhat of a slow down while streaming (not as bad as before) but download speeds are definitely stuck in the AOL dial up era. Any idea when this will be fixed?

                      vegeta15 We're still figuring out what's wrong. Our tech guy and I both did speed tests from Europe to the NA servers and got speeds of 100Mbps and up.

                      If there is any one in NA who has a (paid) VPN and could test with and without, please feel free to share some results. Thanks!

                          How about a damn refund for those affected? You know what is worse than slow downloads? Downloads that say they completed but are missing 95% of the data....

                            Rakly3 Thanks for looking into it. Speeds to the main site seem to be improving but the download speeds are still pretty abysmal.

                              The incomplete downloads is from using a browser. They are not well equiped to deal with parallel downloads of these sizes. Try a Download Manager.

                                Rakly3 I'm experiencing unusually slow download speeds today with and without VPN (Private Internet Access connected to Denver server). Its been hovering around 500 KB/sec either way. It might have been a little faster a few hours ago because I got 6.8 GB of an 8 GB... ope... Looks like another download just bit the dust. I just lost my connection to the VPN for a moment and this one failed about half way through.

                                Yesterday it was slow too, but good enough to get through an entire download, maybe like 2-4 MB/sec. Prior to yesterday I was consistently above 8 MB/sec up to 14 MB/sec. Speed got 30 MB/sec which is a little below average

                                It would be really nice if downloads in progress were paused when a connection issue is detected rather than failing.
                                Anyhow, thanks for looking into it. Some pretty outstanding goddamn scenes on this site!

                                Also slow download speed from NA, about 2 MB/sec. Just one of those nights I guess.

                                    I have the same issue, very bad download speed. Send a mail last week, no reply yet and still the same issue. I don´t know why I have to pay for a service I can´t use, nor do i get any answer on how slr is dealing with it. My isp is fine, everything works, just not slr streaming. Very dissapointed!

                                      We reply to all emails, did you get a confirmation email we received yours? Did you check spam folder? Some services completely filter out emails from us too.

                                          Same issues here, can't watch a video on the lowest settings without buffering. Connecting to LA I think and speed tests look very bad within SRL but fine using others platforms. Any suggestions?
