I got SLRapp to load on Debian Linux using wine. Had to use a windows machine and install it then copy over the installed files to the wine prefix. The keyboard/mouse input still does not work though, any thoughts? I know linux isn't supported but I dont run windows so had to try! nice! Have a good day!

DavidAames I believe it will be easier to install Win as a secondary os on your machine. Also you can use DeoVR player with untethered headset.
I am planning to get an original HTC vive so was going to start looking into Linux compatibility.
I presumed that you would just install DeoVR with steam and it would work using Proton (I'm guessing there is no native Linux support). Is this not the case? Would be easier than fucking around witn Wine.

If you can get Media Foundation to work, the app should work too. According to this random post I googled it is possible to install Media Foundation with Proton.
