Because the SLR app is no longer available on smartphones, the only alternative is DeoVR

atan93 Please install DeoVR player from Oculus Store and use its built-in browser. You'll get all SLR app features once you go to sexlikereal.com

    This is most frustrating. I've been using a gear headset since they first came out. I'm extremely happy with it. I do not want to change to another headset. If your application won't support my headset, then I will cancel my subscription.

      balthorn Just use DeoVR instead. That app still gets signed (approved) by Oculus. To keep the SLR app working we have to patch in every individual phone people report to us as not working. Not the device model, but each individual device ID, which we did for a while, but right now we would have to hire some one full time just for this.

      This is due to GearVR itself no longer getting software updates.

      BTW,since you are using Android 11, can you tell us the experience with using the DeoVR app?

          I can tell you, its freaking great, i had the free "one month" yall did for covid, and it was awesome, it was just a streaming subscription too with no downloads, but since the streaming was A1 i felt no need for downloads, it was a great experince on deovr, i had the sexlikereal app and that was working fine but of course the android update ruined it, but going to deo and typing in sexlikereal.com works the same. 👍

          But one issue i have and its really bugging me, there are sum other vr studios available on deo but these sites don't play in "media" mode for streaming. 🤦‍♂️

          These sites play excellent 👍🔥👌

          Sites that need help getting there videos to play in media mode

          All these sites are available on deo but their videos don't play for streaming and they really should be.

          Hopefully y'all can reach out to them and help out.

          Also i was wondering if y'all ever consider having a subscription just streaming?

              Vrsumo2017 Thanks for the extensive feedback! And glad to hear it's working so well! I expected the opposite to be honest.

              As for videos that don't stream, those are not part of Premium. It's up to the studio themselves what they put up here or not. We can not do that without their permission as we don't own the copyright of that content.

                  But i meant at their websites,

                  Example:
                  In deovr if you search say...realjamvr.com
                  It takes you to thier website and the videos stream great 👍 and their site is in "media" mode.

                  But if you search say wankzvr.com it takes you to thier website but thier videos dont stream at all. And these site are in "open web" mode.

                  These other vr websites that dont stream the same as slr need help fixing thier streaming issue.

                  Because streaming these other vr websites in oculus web browser is horrible.

                          Milfvr.com had DeoVR support to open in media mode but they have removed this support with some relaunch of their website. They were asked to reenable it but they refused with the reason that Deo is to much associated with SexLikeReal...

                              Samsonite121 Wankz dropped media mode support on their own will, documentation is open for everyone and is independent of the site that implements it.
