sheldoncooper So that specific scene was shot by VRBangers, and different studios have used different cameras & setups over the years, different methods of rendering their scenes, different encoding presets to process their scenes, etc. All of which can affect the bitrate (and ultimately the file size) of a video.
So basically- it's usually just a decision made at some point by each studio in how they want to process a scene, and can lead to larger or smaller files depending on what they chose.
Edit: plus obviously how long a scene is affects the size...
