Good news @doublevr. Looking forward to it!

This was asked before by a few others here, but is there a plan for 90 Hz support for Quest 2 in this new update?

keylox23 it's coming in 2 months. Had to postpone because some major update is required. Also we would have to drop support for GearVR and Go since these are deprecated in 90Hz SDK

just want to start with something not so obvious. I use a download manager which of course needs the link to the file in order to start a download. So far I haven't been able to directly copy a link in microsoft edge or firefox. I have been downloading every file in edge and then canceling it. Then I can copy the download link from the download list and add it into the manager. This is far more work than it should be.

I use FDM (free download manager) and it has an extension that integrates into FF. It is able to download directly from SLR.

what's sample videos?

We plan to add advanced search with boolean operators. Also we removed studios like xvirtual from the feed. Unless you go there intentionally you shouldn't see it. And there's new functionality to mark particular studios, genres and performers to keep out of your feed.

I know many want to filter out by studio as well. If you can hide specific studios that would be appreciated. Personally I give most studios a chance ,however some prove to be unappealing and thus just take away from the search for what we like. There are a few studios that I seriously find painful to even see thumbnails for let alone watch the videos. It shouldn't matter to the studios because others may well love it and I'm happy for them, I just don't want to be affected.

I'm generally pretty happy even as SLR is now, so excited to see how it can become even more impressive with some additional updates.

That being said, a few personal thoughts on just general stuff:

1.) Filtering out by studio as dazmaster mentioned. Same as him, I'll give virtually any studio a chance, but if it's not something that appeals to me I'd like to be able to block it from my update feed.

2.) This is less a "long term" thing, but would still like some better communication around the recent issue with slow download and streaming speeds. Know there's at least a few ongoing threads about this issue so I won't rehash the details here, but still an ongoing thing and definitely impacting mine and I'm sure some others' personal ability to use SLR.

3.) Would love to see more "semi-professional" studio options, specifically American studios of American stars. All the promising ones just vanish: VRFirstTimer just sort of disappeared, Deepinsex released a spectacular first attempt but then literally vanished off the face of the earth. There are a hundred small studios and amateurs releasing scenes of European girls (which is great), and when I look at "recent updates" feed it is jam-packed with European girls, but almost none of American amateurs or stars. Though goes without saying this is probably an area pretty heavily impacted by Covid...

Edit: seems like #2 is working much better as of like an hour after I originally wrote this, so maybe the issue has been fixed.

We are onboarding like 10 semi-pro producers. 2021 should be big for indy producers. We should release whitepaper how to produce VR. We should probably do a better job highlighting American producers. Will start adding the Stripes and Stars next to thumbnails.

Categories are very scattered. I know big ass and big tits is subjective, but it’s hard to get meaningful results with those categories.

erniescar69 Thanks, I use that downloader as well. I will check into that. oh....LOL. Now I have looked a bit into the preferences I see it has integration with edge, chrome, and firefox. Thanks so much. I completely overlooked that section.

You guys have added comments to the Model/Pornstar pages, not sure if that's needed or by mistake. I don't think there will be any useful comments on model pages tbh. But if it's here to stay please change the location of it.

Currently it has slashed the scene thumbnails area in half which is really inconvenient. Instead of 4 on a row it's now 2 thumbs on a row (at 1080p) which is terrible. I use the model pages a lot to check if I've missed any scenes from favorites but this is kinda unusable.

A way to select multiple categories at once would be nice. An example would be something like being able select tags breast size, hair color, etc. Or like tattoos, milf. I hope that makes sense.

Like if I wanted +blonde (yes), +cowgirl (yes), & -smalltits (no). And have the filters either remember the last ones used or save the different combos to your account profile to be chosen in a quick way.

doublevr what's sample videos?

I mean videos such as most from TMWVR which allow you to see a two min stream but don't allow full scene viewing or any downloading without paying. The worst point is not even being able to download the short version. You can go to most websites directly and download trailers, I suppose it's just a way to get you to go directly to their site in order to be tempted and I understand that plan. I consider this as a pay per video.

I see a very slight problem with filtering out by performer. Suppose a performer you do not like is co starring with someone you like. Maybe it should be set to only affect videos where they are alone or at least give that option.
