Oculus quest 2 and launch

RealcumberScripts thanks for the tip - I just hooked the launch directly to the oculus quest 2 in DeoVR. So do I still need an Android device with the quest 2? I will give the instructions a read as well.

Bottel - you need to unpair it and use android device to install slr interactive app to pair it with, or use PC bluetooth to pair it with through the PC only method in the guide

RealcumberScripts Thanks - have an android device, loaded slot interactive and have deovr on the oculus 2, have tried with the android both paired and unpaired to the launch and every time it just scans in slr interactive for about 5 seconds and stops and gore to the white ‘scab for devices. I hook the android and launch to the same WiFi, have deovr (quest 2) and slr interactive (Android with Bluetooth on and paired with launch), and get the green ‘slr app connected’ and still no hello strokes, even though it says my script
Is loaded. I would love to hear any advice you have thanks!

Bottel - you need to completely unpair the launch from anywhere and everywhere that you previously paired it - remove/forget/delete

then open slr interactive app, and let the app try to search for it within the app

Just read Facebook are developing another Oculus Quest headset , another cash grab , no doubt there will be the Quest 3 within two years .😠

Redhulk50 you wanted oculus to seat still for 2 years? I'll tell you even more, oculus quest 3 started developing before second even went out. That's how it works it hardware world

Philip not everyone can afford £300-400 every two years especially with everything that is happening right now with people losing their jobs due to coronavirus lockdowns the economy is gonna get worse.
Will the Oculus 3 be that much different to the Oculus 2 ? I don't think so .

No!

However, the manufacturers develop models every year.

It is not after what an occulus quest 3 could possibly arrive quickly that you must necessarily jump on it.
This is "your" choice.

And then, everyone does not necessarily have an occulus and can possibly hope for a new version relatively quickly.

midorijin My point is will the Oculus Quest 3 or whatever they call it be that much different from the Quest 2 ? I really don't think so , they can't really do much within two years , if you look at the Quest v Oculus Go there is not really a huge difference , the Quest 2 is better but it's not a million times better if you get my point , it will be interesting to see what happens , but I would rather wait 4 -5 years than 2 years just to buy headset with a few upgrades that would be a big let down.

Redhulk50 Technologies far superior to what is already in Quest 2 already exist.
And by the time the Quest 3 is released, their price will have already fallen, which will make it possible to have a Quest 3 at the same price or slightly more expensive but of much better quality.

midorijin First of all the majority of people who buy the Quest 2 will be buying it to play games not to view VR Porn , so if there is a Quest 3 they can't really make drastic technical changes like Sony did with the PS5, if they did it would be an expensive piece of kit , about $500- 600 £450-550 UK price and Facebook won't want to lose money so the Quest 3 will probably sell for $350 but don't expect it to be that much different to the Quest 2 and remember Sony will probably be working on a new wireless VR headset which I think will be superior.

I have a feeling they are going to make small incremental changes every year to 18 months similar to the cellphone market.

Redhulk50 It is true that here, we are on a porn community, but if we are talking about the possible spec of Quest 3, it is in general and not just for porn.
There are now better screens that will cost less between now and the release of Quest 3, better tracking system, better battery ...
Anyway, already today, there is plenty to improve Quest 2, but it is only in a year or two that the prices of these components will be low enough to be incorporated into the future Quest 3.
