${subj}, I have practically problem to download files taht I bought in a past. The download is quite often unfinished.
I am not looking for workarounds with various apps but solid connection to service. Can I expect it with premium or is that same with premium as well?

I don't know what that gives in a non-premium account, but with a premium subscription, personally, I get around 20MB/s (being gigabit fiber)
ch0007 are you downloading to a mobile device/SD/USB stick/other exFAT/FAT32?
In windows, how large is your cache on disk?
Use a multi threaded download service, but you already noted you don't want to do this.
Reset your modem/router
Most likely it's your network buffer being full without being able to write it away, or exFAT/FAT32 filesystem..
Today, a dozen videos to recover, and it turns out pretty good, between 50 and 60MB/s.
Not the best I've seen with other sites (100 / 110MB/s), but it's already better than a few days ago.
BTW, you can always check downdetector if there are increased reports with your ISP (if it's in the database)

Some people have issues every Saturday like clockwork.
There are 3 ISP's that we get most reports from.
