Thanks to a suggestion in another thread, I've learned about her, and I see that somebody else mentioned her here. But I'll throw in my vote :

She has a beautiful face, and a great curvy body with big tits. But most importantly, she has an engaging energy, can act decently and keep a role throughout a video. Especially for VR, if you ask me, being engaging and good role-playing is paramount. I'll even take a girl I find less attractive in VR but better at selling the fantasy (not that there's any such compromise with Alyx Star!).
