Questions about downloadable files

I'm trying to figure out the most reasonable file to choose when I download. I've noticed some huge differences in file size between original and compressed files. For example https://www.sexlikereal.com/scenes/ripped-tights-18305 how much better is the 62.1GB 6K file compared to the 18.86 GB 6K file? It seems crazy to download a 62GB file.
Also I have noticed on some videos there is a "normal (Assuming 60fps)" file, a 90fps file, and a 120fps file. I have a quest 2 on the way which I understand can play 72hz and up to 90hz with an update? Not sure what exactly that means. I've also read that the human eye can't even tell the difference past 60fps. What would be the most logical fps file to download for the quest 2? I'm looking for top quality but don't want to download unnecessary GB's.

62.1 GB is uncompressed (almost) file. 18.86 GB file been compressed using advanced algorithms. We found the best quality / size ratio so I believe 18.86 GB file is the best choice. Its similar to lossless / mp3 comparison. Someone prefers higher quality even though the file takes much more disk space.
Our upcoming release will support 90 Hz on Quest2. You should give it a try and your eye will see the difference.

What does that mean? Our upcoming releases = SLR Originals? And will the 60 FPS vids just work flawlessy on 90 Hz devices or will there be scenes with native 90 FPS?
