Philip a lot of them have uncensored content available in 2D, so why would they object? (not disagreeing with you, just trying to understand)

      catflap I don't think many of them have UC 2D content, there are some girls that did it, but top talent I think only censored, if you have any links just send them in here

          i am with Philip, I want top talent even if it is censored or I have to wait. If you can film 2 titles per month of SLR JAV Originals, it could be my reason to subscribe.
          But one thing does not take away from the other. As @catflap says, you could also shoot uncensored scenes with anonymous Japanese actresses that works for Caribbean, PacoPacomama, etc. I would love that.

            Well for example JAVHD has lots of uncensored content. Are this top level stars there? To be honest I have not the slightest idea and I could not care less.
            If someone is hot it does not matter if they are a "star" or not.

                if you can manage to get the male performers to keep their hands away from view of the camera it might make up for the censored content.

                I couldn't agree more personally. Whether it's JAV or western porn - imho established stars are great, but newbies are equally great. I love a good combination of both.

                  Can we have some estimate about the JAV Original release ?

                  @Philip SLR JAV Originals are eternally delayed. You say it's almost here... Could you at least give us something to dream about? Some actress names, some pictures, some video teaser....

                      I was wondering about that. Maybe the radio silence is a legal thing. Or maybe they don't want to jinx it again 😉 I just hope once the first one releases, more will come regularly.
                      It's all speculation, but i heard that at about the same time they were ready to realease, Japan has passed new regulations about JAV. The law supposedly forces producers to wait for months before releasing anything. If that's what stopped production, we will probably have to wait a good while.

                      Let's put it that way, I don't know a single western company (meaning none of us are Japanese nationals) that produced adult videos in Japan at scale, maybe there are some, but I don't know them. Could be that we are first one to do it. Given the nature of our delicate business 😀 (we aren't buying Onitsuka tigers and re-selling them for 3x price, if someone get the reference), being a foreign-owned business AND producing content is a real know-how.

                      It's not like I just message any studio, pay them money and sit here waiting for content to arrive. Damn that would be too easy. But beans were already spilled, we did shot content in Japan and now it's in the process of censoring and ethics company approval. So it's definitely coming, you'll see it soon.

                      By the way our second AI Mosaic video passed ethics and already live on slr.jp https://www.sexlikereal.jp/scenes/in-your-apartment-censored-29294 soon to be out on DMM. If you are a real JAV fan you can probably tell the quality and accuracy of censoring. It's made 99% automatically. Third AI Mosaic videos is on a way. Forth will be a JAV release 😉

                            As other SLR staff have noted, there isn't much exact details we can say publicly, but I will mention there are TONS of Japan-related things (including shooting and the AI Mosaic system both mentioned above by Phillip) going on in the background. SLR's focus on penetrating Japan is a long-term strategy so some patience may be needed. That the New AV Law has led to a (short-term only I believe) drop in mainstream shooting, the JAV industry now more than ever is looking for ways to branch out from tried-and-true practices which is a big plus for us.

                                  Natch It's not really any best sellers or anything, but we are testing our technology on them so to say.

                                    Natch These initial AI Mosaics are more of proof of concept. In particular, we're looking at how users there like the mosaic compared to standard fare.

                                      I saw that SLR008 is set to release on DMM October 6th. Hopefully that means SLR009 is close. Are there more JAV scenes already shot?
