Quest 2 issues

As of a couple days ago I can't watch any content, when I click on videos it's just black. Restarted, and tried everything. Pornhub still works, live rooms still works. Any ideas.

I have the same issue. Rebooted my router. I also factory reset the oculus 2 and have a black screen when I click a video. other sites work fine

I heard there was a small Oculus update in the past few days. Still version 23 but a revision. Did you both have this issue after updating?

Also are you viewing the website in Oculus browser, DeoVR browser, or SLR app?

I haven't updated my Quest 2 yet so I'm curious.

Not sure, my Quest is up to date. If it updated it must have did it automatically, the last update I ran myself so I don't think it updated automatically.

I still have the issue, other websites work I might have to cancel my subscription

I tried both Oculus and chrome and they both don't play any video. I also didn't do any update. Yesterday I factory reset my oculus 2 so it had most upto version update but still I have the same issue. I think it has something to do with the site because other sites work just fine. I am also thinking of canceling my membership

That's weird.

However, I also suggest trying DeoVr player and using the browser within that app.

That's actually what I use and SLR has a nice interface with that browser too.

I'm getting a bunch of reports about this. I have the impression every one with this issue is using the Oculus browser?
We strongly advice the SLR/DeoVR app instead! You'll have a much smoother and higher quality experience!
Don't forget you have to log in to your account with the app aswell!

Rakly3 correct me if I'm wrong but those apps are not in the App Store for the Quest 2, or at least I can't find them. I found a browser that works and is in the App Store.
