JordanSLR It appear now the download limit directly stated i hit the limit. But the truth is i still have 24 download quota left until 2 August. ZZZ. Perhaps you should ask developer not to mess with our download quota?

I was having the same problem and had 27 downloads remaining, now it says I've hit the limit.

you said above "you've exceeded the limit of 30 videos per month" is that the standard you guys are enforcing now? because the text on the join page clearly says "you can download 30 videos within 144 hours" which is what you were enforcing previously.

if you're changing it to 30 per month without notice that seems like a problem.

Just came back to check on this, and now its telling me:

"You’ve hit your monthly video download limit. Your next download will be available in 30 hours and 49 minutes."

When I know for certain I had 17 downloads left resetting on August 2nd... go figure....

At the time I had 7 downloads left. Now it is showing I'm over the limit. It seems that those failures have been counted towards the limit.

can you clarify if there is now a monthly limit?

does this change the 144 hour limit you state on the join page? and/or is it an additional limit?

I think you need to keep investigating then. I can contact support but I can tell you for sure that I have not hit the 144hr limit and it definitely says "You’ve hit your monthly video download limit."

JordanSLR Im sure i have 24 download quota available before 2 August. And for the video size that is very large nowday, im sure its not about the system limits that is not updating without me noticing the limit had been hit. Guess my 24 quota burned until next month then...

I filed a ticket with support and they were able to provide a list of downloads that match what the current quota says. they said "there was a glitch with the visual representation of the limits, it's fixed now".

I am still pretty confused about what happened though. Most of the downloads they listed were from before the last quota reset. ie: it started counting down from 30 and only got to 27 before now saying 0. Maybe they changed how the dates are calculated; I wasn't keeping a log on my side so I can't go back and look.

Regardless, I'm going to classify this as a misunderstanding for this quota period and keep an eye on it next time around. They assured me the 144hr time window is still a thing. if it works after this, it was just an annoying glitch.

So this is definitely NOT fixed yet. Yesterday as I mentioned above after coming back and checking it said, "You’ve hit your monthly video download limit. Your next download will be available in 30 hours and 49 minutes." And this was after I hit a wall knowing I had 17 downloads left and a reset coming on August 2nd, when I originally reported the issue 48 hours ago.

Tonight I log in after the 30 hours it mentioned yesterday, and now its telling me:
"14 downloads remaining.
Your 30-download limit refreshes every 6 days.
Resets in 45 hours and 44 minutes."

I haven't been able to do any downloads since it crapped out on me 48 hours ago on the 27th, and I haven't downloaded anything since, so those numbers clearly are not correct. How does it go from resetting in 30 hours yesterday to then saying it will reset again in 45 hours and 44 minutes, and 16 downloads gone and that now it will reset every 6 days?

Something is clearly messed up still.

Same, had 26 left last period, now new period DL 2 videos it says 24 remaining and gives error. Probably will say im at the limit again soon

Not sure if it's directly related, but my download limit seems to initially be reporting the wrong number when I open the website initially or if I have multiple tabs with SLR open. If I download another video, that tab will then correct its limit, but any other open tabs will still have a different limit number unless I download a video on that tab.

anordr Could you please describe the issue in more detail? After refresing an open page on a tab, does the counter show the correct number of remaining downloads?
