When do we get BYOJ back?

Picouser

New Sexlikereal site has been in use for ages and old Sexlikereal site has been obsolete 🙁 For some reason I have been able to use it until now. Few days ago old site stopped working and redirected me to new site. I know this would happen some day...

No BYOJ for new site. When do we get it back? It is number one selling point for SLR with passthrough AI. Read this tread why: https://forum.sexlikereal.com/d/11103-why-99-of-members-use-byoj-wrong

Who in their right mind imagines removing number one selling point is reasonable thing? What a dumb thing. That person should be fired.

I bet SLR folk replies we are going to get better one? Maybe so but when? Bring back the old one and replace it when you have better one. This is like Tesla would remove FSD for customers who have bought car because of that. Or Apple saying we are replacing iOS to Symbian because some stupid CEO just decided so. Give us some ETA.

For now on I would post a new discussion about this topic every week to urge SLR to action and rerelease BYOJ. I know this might not have a meaningful impact but I am so frustrated to what direction SLR is going.

Development of the new BYOJ is in full swing and remains one of our top priorities. Unfortunately, we can’t provide an ETA at this time. We’re working to release a much more versatile and advanced BYOJ as soon as possible.

We also kindly ask you not to create multiple threads about the same issue

AshSLR I knew you would say something like that. My attitude would change if I get proper answers. Why to get rid of BYOJ, what it the reason behind it? We want honest answers.

Not even quess when new feature arrives? Is it like weeks, months or years?

I would not create multiple treats about same issue. I am not that stupid. I am just so frustrated about things happening in SLR. Previously I was proud about SLR, now I am just baffled about what is happening. That's why my next topic would be something like: 5 things SLR messed up or Vision: How would you change SLR strategy etc.

@SchnuppiLilac I trust your wisdom. Do you remember how long BYOJ has been deprecated? Is it more than 4 months?

I feel it really strange not to completely focus on your best assets. I would bet this will affect to SLR future revenue. How much I dont know but it will if you procrastinate.

If you do not have any ETA to new and working BYOJ people will eventially find alternative ways to consume porn the way they want. I had more than 250 BYOJ videos. They still work but I can not create new ones or update the old ones 🙁 Even I have started migrating to other ways to consume porn. I download the best movies, cut them with LosslesCut and use HereSphere. Using Kodi on MacBook Air and external storage does not cost that much. The more I use HereSphere the more I realise how bad DeoVR really is. HereSphere has just so much better video quality, 120 fps playback, color adjustment, fast tag transition etc.

For me the "SLR way" is to see the train slowly plunges into a ravine. I am just so sad and disappointed. Because of this it is rally hard to suggest SLR to anybody. It is still best site in VR porn but how long? If someone would have to think SLR subscription between one month /year or even lifetime subscription I would not hesitate. Take only one month, download all and quit. Repeat after one year. There is no advantage to have longer subscription. Previously there were working BYOJ...

Picouser I couldn't access the old website anymore from December 2025. I believe the same happened to most around that time (except for the lucky few). I think there never was BYOJ on the new website.
