When I clicked on videos to play on desktop today, none played instead the message ''Unable to update data, please, try again later.'' appeared.Anybody has the same problem?

@"shaky009"#p115511 Thanks for the reply. For one moment,I thought it was just my problem. For me,it does not work in the Quest 2 either. All I got was the 3 dots kept rotating.

Videos and features do not work on any internet browsers for over a week and has not been fixed.

@"AlexSLR"#p115625 Yes it's fixed for me, thank you.

Thanks,it's working for me now.

AlexSLR I still can't even load DeoVR - loading spinner after the Deo logo appears.

AlexSLR

ttv34 You mentioned in another thread that the issue is connected to your Internet connection.
Is it correct that everything works when you use another connection?

ttv34

AlexSLR DeoVR works when I use mobile data, but now, if I go to SLR - I confirmed i'm over 18 - then blank screen/loading spinner.

Tried reinstalling DeoVR, wiping data, fresh connection - now, when going to SLR in DeoVR, no "over 18" banner, just stuck on a blank screen/loading spinner.

Still cannot even load DeoVR or SLR on wifi.

AshSLR

ttv34 Could you please update the DeoVR application to the latest version and check the issue? If it occurs again, please let us know a version of the DeoVR application installed on your device

ttv34

AshSLR I already have the latest version installed. Issue still occurs. I will check and send you the version number, which will be the latest version. 🤷‍♂️

ttv34

ttv34 I have the latest version. No update available.

AlexSLR

ttv34 Is it correct that the issue occurs only in the DeoVR app?
Does SLR work well on the desktop and in the headset browser?

ttv34

AlexSLR Have replied fully in here https://forum.sexlikereal.com/d/10582-pico-deovr-not-working-unable-to-stream-slr/15

Tried a factory reset, same issue.

DeoVR app does not load - just a loading spinner after DeoVR logo appears.
SLR works on my PC in a browser (on the same wifi connection as headset).
SLR loads in Pico headset browser, but when click "sign in", blank screen.
