Videos do not load

When I clicked on videos to play on desktop today,none played instead the message ''Unable to update data, please, try again later.'' appeared.Anybody has the same problem?

I have the same problem. I have tried to upgrade the chrome but it still not working.
It's working on phone but not on PC.

Hope they will fix this issue soon.

shaky009 Thanks for the reply.For one moment,I thought it was just my problem.For me,it does not work in the Quest 2 either.All I got was the 3 dots kept rotating.

I am getting 3 loading dots as well in DeoVR, Pico headset. Have been for 1-2 weeks. So annoying, can’t use Deo for anything.

mgbgt35 Hello, do you use the DeoVR application or a browser to access SLR? If you use the DeoVR app, please let us know its version, if a browser, please specify its name. Also, please let us know a model of your device.

If possible, we also kindly ask you to share a screenshot demonstrating the error. In addition, please try to connect to a different network, for example mobile hot spot, and check the issue

AshSLR Thanks for the reply.I have just checked again.The site is working fine now when I use the Quest 2 with DeoVR.On the desk top,it is still not working.I accessed SLR with the chrome browser which is what I have been doing previously without any problem until now.The chrome browser is of the latest version.I am using a Lenovo laptop,OS is Wins 11.I tried with the Edge browser with the same result.How can I upload a screen shot to here?

Come on you guys. I'm paying money for this service, and this has been broken for days.

I have already done all the usual fixes; logged out and back in, turned off VPN, cleared cache and cookies, disabled all browser extensions, tried a different browser, rebooted my machine. None of that has worked.

This is unacceptable.

The issue is NOT fixed.

Now I can't even see images on this forum, and nobody even has any solutions for these problems.

This is ridiculous.

According to my browser's Web Dev console, the resources your servers are sending do not contain the proper "Access-Control-Allow-Origin" headers. I tried downloading a CORS browser extension and bypassing the restriction, and that did not help.
