Hi, I've had horrible download and streaming speeds from SLR for the past month or so. I've got a 300 mbp connection and validated that my connection is downloading at that speed on other sites. I've run the speed test on SLR and my test ID is 9587. Can someone please take a look ?

Can you meanwhile do a test on http://speedtest.net , pick a random Miami server and a random LA server?
Oh and give Frankfurt also a go. Connection across USA isn't really the greatest.
